Health
Eradicate toxic products from your lifestyle.
Use Non-toxic products. Use safer products. Read your ingredients.
Personal Care Products
Personal care products such as soap, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, mouthwash, face and body creams, makeup and nail polish, can often contain toxic ingredients in them.
Using these on your skin is not a good idea, neither is cleaning your teeth with such.
Step 1 - check all the ingredients in the products you use, by asking an AI like Microsoft Bing Chat, whether any of the ingredients in your product are toxic. The best way to do this is to ask if it can show you the list of your named product, after you get the list of ingredients, check to see the list of ingredients match the product you have. After such, ask if any of those ingredients are toxic - from there, you’ll have a better understanding what is safe and what is not (if any).
From there, you can ask for suggestions on non-toxic alternatives for products in your area, or find blogs or shops that recommend certain non-toxic products, and again - asking AI to double check everything for you.
After you’ve done this, over the next few months and even year(s), you’ll notice improvements in your health, if you had to replace products and were using toxic ingredients.
If you want, you can ask to get a toxicology report from your doctor, before the changes, and then after 6 months to a year - get a follow up to compare. You’ll be surprised.
Household Products
Washing Machine Liquid/Powder, Dishwashing Liquid/Powder. These can contain harmful chemicals.
Drinking Water and Shower Water
Ensure you have a fantastic water filter than doesn’t just filter water, but also puts minerals back into the water.
You can also get Shower Filters to ensure your showers and or baths are much more friendly to your skin and your lungs. Toxic chemicals in the water such as chlorine and fluoride, are not going to be great for you to inhale in the shower neither.
House filters are also available, that actually filter the water that enters the house. The thing with any filter, is that it must be replaced when required to ensure efficiency.
Air Purifiers with in-built negative ion generators & uv-c to help kill viruses and bacteria in the air
Air Purifiers should had of been promoted by Governments across the entire globe when Covid broke out, if there’s ever another epidemic as such, people and Governments should be prepared to use these everywhere, and perhaps we wouldn’t need any lock downs as a result.
Air Purifiers have been shown to not just filter the air for dust and fine particles (HEPA filter), but also because of the ones that are equipped with Negative Ion Generators & UV-C lights, are able to help inactivate and/or minimize viruses and bacteria.
According to search results on Bing AI:
Negative ions attach to airborne particles, including viruses and bacteria. This gives the particles an electrical charge, causing them to clump together and land on surfaces.
A 2018 scientific review found that negative ions can stop the growth of viruses. UV-C light is a powerful disinfectant, and damages the DNA and RNA of viruses and bacteria, inactivating them, preventing them from replicating and infecting.
Places where world governments should put Ioniser & UV-C Air Purifiers for people:
Airports, Aircrafts, Vehicles of all sorts (personal, commercial, public transport, government), Cruise Ships, Ferries, Public Transport Boats, Offices, Hotels, Lobbies, Public Bathrooms, Childcare, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Warehouses, Work Sheds, Theatres, Shopping Centres, Doctors, Dentists, Gyms, Halls, and I’m sure there is more than can be added to the list.
Places where people need to put Air Purifiers:
Home (At least one for where anyone will sleep. Living Room & Home Office/Study as well as Home Gym are other options.)
Cars (smaller portable car ones are available, connected via usb power or car charger port)
Place of work
By working together in such a way, we could hope to minimise the growth of any virus to a point of its total demise. If you like what I have to say on the topic, share it with others, hopefully this could be implemented to prevent all viruses and bacteria in the future, regardless of whether it’s labelled a pandemic or not.
Stay healthy. 💪
Eye Exercises for everyone
Be sure to do eye exercises daily:
Looking at different directions like the hours of a clock face, and holding each position for 30 seconds each. Then next, stare at the details of your fingertips, then stare at the detail of something 1 metre away, then 3 metres, then 10 metres, then slowly make your way out till you reach whatever is in the horizon. It does not matter if it’s clear or not - the sole focus should be on relaxing your eyes whilst looking at these details. You can then warm your hands by rubbing them, close your eyes and cup your palms around your eye socket, whilst not applying any pressure nor even having any contact with the skin of your eyelids where your eyes are. Hold for 30 seconds, then release.
If you happen to wear glasses to see better, consider your next pair to be less strong, and so on, until hopefully you’re not wearing glasses at all anymore. Just like other types of exercise, our body improves with each session of running, or strength training - and so too, our eyes.
